Beulah Fire Protection & Ambulance District, having received a grant from Colorado Parks & Wildlife, will be managing a loaner program for the electric fencing of hobby livestock enclosures in human/bear conflict areas of Beulah Fire Protection District. The loaner fencing will be provided to hobbyist's residing in Beulah Fire Protection District for the term of one year.
